Margaret MacVicar Memorial - AMITA Oral History Project

The Margaret MacVicar Memorial AMITA Oral History Project, directed by Prof. Margery Resnick since its inception in 1990, chronicles the lives of MIT alumnae. The project engages undergraduates in gathering the rich narratives of women graduates to better understand the diverse ways in which their MIT education shaped their lives.

Self-Guided Walking Tours

AMITA's In Her Footsteps celebrates their achievements and demonstrates our common ground. Each 2-3 mile, self-guided tour leads participants through a curated set of MIT Alumnae & Women's History locations within Boston and Cambridge.
